Dermitzakis Bros S.A - Greek White Marble

Areti Quarry:
On our own quarry, located at Pirgoi - Drama, North Greece we extract marble blocks, which are directly traded or manufactured at our factory to produce a variety of marble products (slabs, tiles, special sized tiles etc).

Our quarry’s basic marble types are:
• Areti white (white background, light movement)
• Volakas White (white background, stronger movement diagonal vein or flower type)
• Lefkippi (white background with characteristic grey flow).

Dermitzakis Bros S.A adopts the international standards of extraction technology in our quarries, ensuring a high production capacity of around 2.000 m3/month. We set as priority the safety of employees and the protection of the environment.

In 2008 DERMITZAKIS BROS S.A. was certified with ISO 9001-2008 by DQS GMbH, as a token of its high quality products and services. Our sensitivity to the environment is also revealed by the environment-friendly excavation methods that we apply on our quarries.
