I currently own the iPhone 7 plus and the battery doesn't hold a charge anymore, and I am sick of the lightning cable as it doesn't stay firmly connected anymore in my phone. Any wriggle to my phone when charging, and it loses its connection. My only decision may be to go with the larger sized screen with the 15 plus or the standard size screen. Is the 15 plus standard phone size still larger compared with my current iPhone 7 plus phone size?

I’ve had my 7 plus for about 7 yrs.
I’ve replaced the battery 3 times.
I can no longer update software, so I’m losing ability to update apps.
Not looking forward to buying new phone or all the accessories that I’ll need to replace.
Still deciding wether to buy the 15 plus or the 16 plus.
I really don’t see much difference in the 2 except for the price tag.
