Karen Read’s trial has been determined a mistrial and the case is expected to go before a jury again.

Doctor who did the autopsy said his injuries were not consistent with being struck by a car. That convinced me she's not guilty.

Massachusetts state law explicitly says the state **must** begin a retrial within a year of a mistrial, so it won’t be years.
