Agia Marina is a town on the island of Crete in Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Chania. It is 10 km west from Chania.

In Agia Marina there is an organized sandy beach, with a length of about two kilometers. The waters are shallow and it also has facilities for water sports. Across from Agia Marina is the island of Agios Theodoros. Agia Marina operates the largest hotels in the prefecture of Chania and receives the largest number of tourists. A significant number of night centers also operate in Agia Marina. It borders to the east and west with Kato Stalos and Platanias respectively, with which it forms a single tourist resort.

In the old village of Agia Marina, the Folklore Museum of Agia Marina - Cretan Farmhouse has been operating since 2014, with a collection of objects of daily use.
