Yes, these are live vocals! So there were many uploads of this performance with the overdub of the recording. I found one video with the actual live audio, but turns out that the quality was super low due to 80s technology, and the overdubbed versions had different clip timings since the recording's pace was different from the live version. Therefore, I took the live audio, equalized it to make it sound less static and took some HD clips from the overdubbed versions and made this video as a result of this all. The overdub version was shorter, so there are some areas that aren't quite HD. I'm in awe at the amazing live performance!

I found one video with the actual live audio, but turns out that the quality was super low due to 80s technology, and the overdubbed versions had different clip timings since the recording's pace was different from the live version. Looks like the broadcasting TV people forgot to film Paul at some points so I guess they used clips from another day and that's why there are two Pauls in different outfits... I took the live audio, equalized it to make it sound less static and took some HD clips from a different overdubbed version and made this video as a result of this all, to give you an HD, high-quality audio of an amazinglive performance! The overdub version was shorter, so there are some areas that aren't quite HD. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this!
