Kolkata Rape-Murder Case: SC Rejects Plea for Mamata Banerjee’s Ouster Over Doctor's Death | NewsX

The Supreme Court has dismissed a plea demanding the removal of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in connection with the rape and murder of a doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar Hospital. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra criticized the plea for being politically motivated and warned the lawyer of dismissal. The Court also raised concerns about the slow implementation of security measures in state medical institutions.

There should be an emergency bell placed just incase a danger threat to anyone in the hospital. To be able to press the emergency button to alert ⚠️ everyone to attend to the ring of the bell ASAP

So panic button should be in every sections of the hospital. Crime is on an increase daily. Please 🙏 do the right things. Justice for the late Doctor. Deceased DOCTOR should be respected and her 👪 families please 🙏 😢
