This video was very helpful. The bad thing is these shelves are not the easiest thing to travel with to and from the store. Packaging definitely needs to be different. Looks like I may be taking one back this weekend.

I bought 2 of these on sale for $139 and they went together perfectly. Great shelving units!

I did not like the wire rack, so I installed plywood on each shelf to allow placing and taking items on and off easier. Also small items don't fall through.

Me and my father bought two of these about a year ago. One was pretty much good everything was complete and square. The second shelf was warped and missing some parts so we put the shelf back in the box and duct taped the box shut to return it to Home Depot and we told them that it was missing parts and was warped. 1 week later we are walking through Home Depot, and we see someone at checkout with the same shelving unit box that we returned with the same duct tape job we re-sealed the box with.

I had the same issue with mine, two of the long red bars were bent and I've had a time just trying to put it together.

Glad it worked out better for you this time. And while I was watching the last vid on this unit I thought it had to be damaged to be twisted that bad. I've put together the heavy duty units at work and they have the same problems, generally caused by an overly enthusiastic forklift driver.

I bought three of these, same issues with packaging allowing some damage to some parts. The first 2 units went together fine, the last one had the same warped issue, with the last bottom shelf being out of whack. I was able to muscle it into shape, didn’t want the hassle of lugging it back to the store and it was a few months ago when it was the last units in my area.

I saw one on display at Home Depot but I decided not to get it because the cost was $329 dollars. To me, it didn't seem that it would hold 2, 500 lbs per shelf. I would like to see a YouTube video on an actual strength test of the Husky 4-tier heavy duty garage storage shelving (77 inch W x 78 inch H x 24 inch D) to see whether it really can hold 2, 500 lbs per shelf and for how long.

Great review and updated one .... customer service is why I go back to h.d....prices help to ...but they stand behind what the sell ....this is why I don't jump on the o.p.t. Or tool nut c.p.o etc deals at those places just nice to deal with h.d when there's a problem👍
