It is hard hearing you have triplets. You become high risk, see Maternal/Fetal Medicine. I worked OB for years it is scary all the things they discuss. Praying you to make it to 24 weeks, then 28 weeks, and praying you get to 32 weeks. It is very hard and depends on the type of triplets you have examples I use they all share a placenta but have their own home, all have their own home and placenta which is the best. It can be traumatic and scary. You are doing great, grant yourself some grace and know it is okay and it went well. Honestly, triplets is a traumatic pregnancy, maybe NICU, and feeling overwhelmed. Especially, knowing you had fertility problems. We can be very hard on ourselves and you don’t need to be, I promise you are not alone at all. Most people feel this way at first. You see an edited version online not after they have met with all the Doctors and thinking about the cost. I promise almost every couple I have seen felt like you did at one point. Reading some more 28 weeks is awesome. I am sure there were ups and downs in NICU it is rough having a baby in NICU let alone 3! Congratulations

I needed this today, I’ve been married for just under a year and we just found out that I’m pregnant. My husband and I are still students, though I’ll graduate before the baby comes, and I struggle sometimes with the fact that I’ll never get to have a life in between college and parenthood.

I did 2 cycles of ivf
One fresh one frozen
First one I was all hip to the whole idea! Ready. But it failed
I waited 6 months for second w frozen
Half hearted, resigning myself to another failure And I was aok with that outcome.
But I was pg w twin girls.
It’s all shocking.. we think we have it all worked out.
My girls are now 21 & in college
It’s a blink
I’m happy I didn’t give up hope.

I had the same feelings being pregnant with twins. It was a surprise pregnancy and I was scared. I had many pregnancy related complications, had a traumatic delivery (ended up in the ICU) and both babies in the NICU. I feel like this is more common but not talked about enough.

I’m 7 weeks post partum with our miracle baby. We struggled for some time and had loss(es). Waiting for the pregnancy test results at my appointment yesterday I found myself feeling very unsure. Both excited at the possibility but also scared since our baby was born c section.

I found out I was having my second child the day I had her and I had a totally different post partum experience I experienced great depression and it took a while to bond with my baby girl

I had a surprise pregnancy with my second. I was 5 or 6 minths postpartum with my first when i got pregnant with my second. Now i have four kids.
