I prefer that you just jump in to the point of the videos you make. I’m okay with a little self promotion later on. One thing I see as a massive mistake by authors is requesting a Like at the beginning of a video. How do we know if we like a video before we have watched it?

When I first started using YouTube I created playlists for every topic I was interested in and ended up with so many that it took (takes) forever to find some of them because I didn’t (he still doesn’t. editor) know how to custom organize or edit the still growing number of playlists. I have a lot to learn (🙄). I am making an effort by learning from people like you. Thank you for your playlist deleting information. Well done !

Thanks for the info. I'm deleting duplicate playlists. And my preference is for you to just jump right into the video. Even if I have never seen a particular channel before I will skip the intro. I don't care about what a channel typically talks about, I care about what this specific video is about. If you made a good title then I already know what this video is about. No need to repeat yourself. Thanks and have a great day

Thank you for this video. I have added some playlists over the years that were made by other people, but there was the option to add their playlist to my library. But they've deactivated their playlist and all videos in it are now private. I just can't figure out how to remove their playlist from my library. They don't have the three vertical dots.

OMG. I have been doing YT for a year and a half. I couldn't get rid of a playlist. I wanted to get rid of the YT shorts one as I am done playing around with those dang things. I hate the way they look on my channel and I am not going to be doing them anymore. My viewers like the long form content. I was just accepted into YPP. YAY! And want to stay focused on long form. So bye bye Shorts. Minus two until I can make a long form. :) I like how you jumped right in but clever that step one was hit the like button. New subscriber. Thanks for the help!
