ENCHILADA BUBBLE UP CASSEROLE

This Casserole is so easy and really delicious!! It starts with seasoned ground beef and refrigerated biscuit dough!! Some enchilada sauce and green chiles and cheese round out the meal! Its so yummy!! Hope you can give it a try! I think your Family and Friends will love it!!

Ingredients:
1 can Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
1lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup water
1 10oz can mild enchilada sauce
1 4oz can mild diced green chiles
1 1/2 cups mexican blend cheese

shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
sour cream
