I am watching the Loki TV show and wondering if this quote will come to have new meaning in some way

So like in the Sacred Timeline which “he who remains( lol not anymore)” made sure is the only timeline to exist the sun doesn’t shine on the brothers, right? But then after what Loki did he *ensured* that there will be a timeline where the sun shines on them…he kept his promise but at what cost ☹️

Isn't it odd that he is saying this to Thor?
I know he does everything with a reason right?
Its just a random thought I just have now while watching this
But would he have known that he could come back one day
By stealing this thing back in the past (if you know what I mean?)
I know it sounds crazy what I say but something doesn't feel right haha
