Of course you like the colors, Conor, what's not to like about a black-and-red GCN livery on an Orbea frame in the pro peloton, very cool. And thanks for showing us his fuel and hydration schedule, a tidy chronicle on the stem top. And I am pleased to see that he's running 172.5 cranks, all the recent talk about beneficial shorter cranks has me confused because standing on long cranks is one of the joys of cycling for me, no knock on anyone who wants to spin shorter ones, just not my thing.

Nothing has improved, on a quantifiable level for 99% of riders, in 10 years. The absolute nonsense marketing jargon is ridiculous. Put 99% of riders on Contador's S-Works SL4 and a modern, pick whatever bike, and they won't know the difference.
