If you change your intercooler, intake, etc. you would want to retune 100%. You won't see any gains whatsoever. Intake will lean out your AFRs slightly which you do not want especially on a turbo vehicle. Turbo inlets, intake, etc. is under vacuum not pressure; changing does not "reduce pressure". If you swap anything and dont tune for it its null except exhaust; anytime you can reduce back pressure its a win, however you would still want to tune to see max gains especially with a downpipe.

I had a “ canned tune” from Diablo Sport on my 2015 3.5 and it was night and day. Custom tunes are better but to say you can’t get power from a canned tunes is just not true. I also had a hypertec canned tune on a Titan and what do you know BIG difference. Had a Superchips on my mustang and same thing. I got a Livernois on my 2021 F150 3.5 about a year ago and absolutely love it. They ask what modifications you have done and tune accordingly. Most canned tuners will take custom tunes as well.

I have a Mishimoto Intercooler, a catch can. I plan on buying a Roush CAI, a tune, a tune, bigger turbo adapters and E85 lol

I got a 2018 cleaned out cats with O2 spacers, SPD turbo adapters, AFE cold air intake, K&N air filter, 4" exhaust... corsa muffler, One Step colder plugs and a 5 Star tuner (vehicle specific) next step is a cold air intake but I'm still scratching my head on what brand which one would be the best and easiest install

Your best money spent for power should be an upgraded pump for E85, downpipe, intercooler then tune

Wanted to get some help on deciding on what stage of turbo to run, but I’m not 100 % into it yet, but i got all the bolt on stuff, next step is turbos. Is it safe to run a stage 4 turbo on 93, and without a HPFP ? Or would i need both to even do that. This is speaking on the 2.7s
