My MS life journey

MS for me has been a journey of ups and downs. It is unpredictable illness. Today you can be jumping and dancing, tomorrow you might have a relapse. You never know what you might get when you have MS. But the key to life is to Keep Moving and staying Positive.

Not every disability is visible, hence I believe MS is a visible as well as an invisible disability. The disability can be in the form of pain, numbness, anxiety, brain fog, confusion, eye problem or anything. MS is a bouquet of all these symptoms that is disability by itself.

Let us spread awareness about this invisible illness and this invisible disability 🙏 let us together spread awareness about MS 🙏

Many people living with MS experience “invisible” (or not outwardly visible) MS symptoms. This can create a unique set of issues. Some people assume that you don't really have a disease. This can undermine your confidence and your relationships, and discourage you from seeking treatment or help for problems.

A number of MS symptoms count as invisible disabilities. Chronic pain, movement impairment, trouble concentrating and extreme fatigue can severely impair a person's ability to live a normal life, without being apparent.
