I've never heard of a doughnut burger... I could understand using a plain cake doughnut for a sweet and savory breakfast sandwich, but a good doughnut should be light and fluffy and wouldn't be sturdy enough to hold up to the weight of a hamburger patty and all of the toppings that usually accompany it.

I dont see how Jello, PBJ Sandwiches, Whip Cream are shocking or weird you get those Worldwide and the Spray Cheese sounds odd but its basicially Nacho cheese in a Can which is also known in many countrys.

Donut burger? Marshmallow cream on a sandwich? Never heard of those and I'm American. I've heard of turducken but have never actually seen it or know anyone who has eatin it. Marshmallows on sweet potatoes however is delicious.

To be fair, I've only tried it in a TV dinner form, but I thought the syrup and chicken tasted weird together.

For me, I dislike the wet sandwiches that Americans serve, like the French dip or Italian beef from Chicago. I don't mind having a little gravy or dressing seep through, but not the entire thing being a wet mess. I like the texture and structure of my sandwiches.
