My First In Java Tutorial 27: Input Output Files Part 3 of 3

The sample problem uses Scanner, PrintWriter, DecimalFormat, and FileNotFoundException as it retrieves data from input file. It also used a comma delimiter to the data of the input file. An output text file is produced when the program terminates.
