As a non it professional coming from the fitness industry Security+ was a basic choice for me to understand all the fundamentals. I passed three days ago with my first attempt after 2 months of studying. I know it is not good in terms of practical experience but it was what i needed to form my baseline. As someone who's been on tech 10 years . I strongly agree about your statement about egos... It seems the people who think they know everything have the most knowledge gaps because they lack the desire. Tech can be very humbling thinking you know it you will get tested and expose your weakness, too much pride have you fired and shown the door

last year i tried to broke into cybersecurity and i search for the certs that could be transfered into a college credit and the first one was IBM cybersecurity Professional, it a great introduction but i struggled too much with the low quality videos and bad sounds, plus the content was extremely boring so i stopped and never looked back to the field until today with this video thank you so much for saving me time and money, i'm a person who really loves hands-on labs with real world scenarios, not a bunch of words to memorise.
