This was my favorite yet!!! LDL, testing for insulin resistance, coronary calcium test, leaky gut, and "flushing " arteries... THE BEST ADVISE!!!!

1990's I read an article about osteoporosis .They mentioned about a woman in her 20's that fall and got a bone fracture because of wrong diets and crash diets .I then thought if a person can get osteoporosis at such young age because of wrong diets, you not necessarily have to develop osteoporosis or boneloss at an older age

Flax seed will also lower cholesterol too, good in oatmeal or in salad too

Hi Dr. Berg, my mother is 65, has hiatal hernia and couchs constantly. Her doctor just uped her dosage on her pepcid. What do you suggest for natural healing
