I really enjoyed the video, the engines were probably doing that so they could pick up some speed. American really is amazing sad I am not flying with them this month.

Great vid! I'm finally able to catch up on your vids cause I'm subscribed but it said the channel didn't exist for like a month but I got the notification for your new southwest FFV and I see that it works!

14:14 - This is pretty common. They probably had to remove and/or replace the previous radome (nose cone) possibly due to birdstrike, minor collision damage on the ramp, or the need for significant weather radar maintenance. They replaced the original with a radome that has already been painted in the new *AA* livery and will eventually match after the airframe receives its scheduled re-paint. 

Google: *_TWA hybrid_* to see how AA pre-painted many TWA aircraft in a temporary hybrid livery while the two airlines continued to operate separately during their merger transition period. Once the merger was officially finalized, the tail fin and the fuselage TWA titles were quickly painted-over with AA titles while the aircraft were parked at their gates overnight, negating the need for each _hybrid_ aircraft to return to the hanger paint booth.
