This is fucking cap cartoon cat is immortal. Omniscent. Scales to low outer maximum. He can shapeshift manipulate minds and teleport. He one shots any one in combat. He is a inky demon. Basically in a Cartoony form from hell. He has Toon force or mostly based off of negative. Which is wayyy stronger. He has cartoony logic. And is agressive. He attacks with stealth and has a great IQ. He has experience in battles fighting more then Alastor. He absolutely destroys his opponent. Relying on old toon force. He regenerates and dislocates parts of his body to fool prey. He can size-shift. Being tier: 2-B possibly 8-B or 7-B.

He has superhuman stuff, Body control, Enhanced Senses, Immersion, Reality warping and a strong Aura he can negate stuff and navigate minds.

@Random_Battles ok this is CAP! for one Cartoon cat is FAR stronger than Baldi (Baldi Cap's at 9-B in both VSBW and CSAP) meanwhile cartoon cat at his weakest is 5-B but at his strongest he is High 1-A meaning he would CRUSH Outerversal beings with ease. (cartoon cat has no scale in VSBW but VSBW downplays characters, but his tier would be similar.)
