My business account has the review tab. But it doesn’t show the would you like to leave a review and customers are saying they can’t leave a review. Thoughts?

I believe the problem is that facebook on mobile browsers hides the full path on the reviews page. It just shows the start page link. For now it just works on desktop browsers until someone finds the full path

This link works for desktop but not on mobile, which sadly is what I'm wanting. When people try to go to it on mobile, they get "The link you followed might be broken, or the page may have been removed." Works on desktop, not on mobile.

Thanks for the presentation, but I am still having a problem. When I click on the Review button, on the page, it takes me to a page with a "page icon" and a statement that says "No Reviews". How can I get the template allowing the client to write the review?

Same, fb seems to block the web link now, you are take to a login page instead of just filtering through on the app.

Did you find a way to do it on moblie? It’s a waste of time doing it now as way more use moblie now. Maybe update to description to stop people wasting their time.
