The most challenging water fast I have done was the 40 days and 40 Night when I was 28 years old. I depend 100 on the Holy Spirit. I was homeless at the time and after that fast my life did a 1080 I'm traveling all over the world spreading the good news. Currently in Tanzania in Africa on my last week I'm flying to tijuana.

How God helped me get back to Him when I got lost and couldnt find my way:

When I felt distant from God, I couldnt read His Word, felt discouraged to worship and barely pray, felt lost, a void in my heart, unfulfilled, going through hard times and betrayed by my loved ones and very distraught.

I prayed sincerely and humbled myself before Him, surrendering and crying out to Him. I repented from having been distant from Him and asked Him to help me get back to how it was before. To have a close relationship with Him and know truly Him. I prayed for deliverance continually, and distanced myself from toxic people who were stumbling blocks, set aside time daily and spent time with God, and fasting from food and things which were distractions, like tv, and social media. God healed, delivered me and helped me to feel His presence again while I worshipped and prayed, filling my heart with Joy and His perfect Peace, then I could again start reading His word without feeling overwhelmed, after praying for guidance and revelation. He teaches me and guides me through His word and helps me to understand things I cant understand on my own. I feel closer to Him now and He reasures me that I am His child.

If you feel distant from God due to life troubles or someway you lost you way and now you it seems like you cant get back to God, dont give up. Ask Him to help you. He wants us to come back to Him. He is waiting for us. But we must truly want it and seek Him with all our heart, soul and mind like He said. Putting aside all wordly distractions and anything that is keeping you away from spending time with Him. We must not deceive ourselves. The enemy uses anything to keep us away from God. We must also seek healing for past trauma and wounds that prevent us from truly submitting to God. Only He can set us Free if we are willing. 🙌

Fasted for years for myself but just finished 90hrs for The trinity. Went back into the gym today and told “the girl” that I saw her in a dream where I had to follow god. She broke down immediately and said she grew up Christian and God has been calling her. Hallelujah 🙏.

I’ve committed to fasting for 24hr one day a week. This will be my 5th week. As soon as you said fasting my flesh started screaming for donuts. 🤦‍♀️
Sweets are definitely my addiction these days. I’m bout to but my flesh on that 72hr fast if it don’t quite down.
