Maybe if someone is retiring and dosent want to wait you can usually assume that they dont own the property that the business is in. Is the lease of a duration that you wont have to be dealing with that. It can work out but small businesses are really labor intensive and pretty cyclical. (Small business owner for 25 years)

When she said bathwater method, I immediately thought her business model was gonna be loosely based off of what that ‘bell dolphin’ girl did several years back. Like taking something you already have that’s cheap or free and marketing it to the nth degree. The absolute state that my thoughts are in due to the Internet.💀
