President Biden just announced huge aid packages to Africa and to Syria, but North Carolina is still in shambles. Why are we giving money to foreign groups vs taking care of our own?

Trump was recently in Europe for the re-opening of the Notre Dame cathedral. I’m reading that he told many European leaders we need to end the war or becomes Europe's war and Europe needs to catch up on NATO fees or the US is out. Thoughts on this.

I hope we all know that it doesn't matter who is in the 'top job' because this is a systemic problem -- greed. We have allowed many of our economic sectors, to take advantage of the American people. It's disgusting and frightening for the future of our country. My husband and I will be retiring in the next two years in another country. Awesome video today! Great guest, Scott Horton what an outstanding job explaining how we arrived in the current environment and what we should do about it. I totally agree! I was one of those guys you talked about. I served over 40 years as an enlisted soldier, military officer, and Department of the Army Civilian. I also worked at the enterprise level of the US Army until I retired in 2022. I was a believer of what we were doing at the time was justified and the correct course of action. However, over time I began to realize our leaders could have made much better choices. We would be in a better position today. This old Soldier is tired of my brothers and sisters being in a constant state of conflict! Especially looking back at the lack of really any significant accomplishments as a result of these wars and conflicts.
