Savion Glover's BRiNG TiME BaCK @ NJPAC

Tap phenomenon Savion Glover, born and raised in Newark, NJ, directs a show at NJPAC with some extraordinary Jersey kids. Glover sets the show in a jazz club reminiscent of the legendary Cotton Club, he says, "to remind a new generation of what once was!" The tap master did not initially plan to be in the show, but was so impressed with the talent of the kids, and was having so much fun directing them, he decided to make a surprise cameo appearance. Cast and audience roared with delight! This is the first project Savion Glover has undertaken as NJPAC's new official Dance Advisor.
