I came here from Puparia. I really liked the music, its sound so mysterious and strange, giving me out a otherworld vibe in a astonishing way... loves it~

Sorry for commenting using a translator. But let me comment. I would like to thank the xylophone players and the iron fiddle players, as well as the staff who created and uploaded this video. This video has allowed me to have a small moment of peace. It also made me realize that the xylophone and the xylophone-ironqin are wonderful instruments. Once again, I would like to thank all the people involved in the making of this video.

As a person who struggles with coordination, I marvel at the sheer physicality of percussionists.
I love unsynthesized orchestral percussion.
The Marimba has an organ like sound.

As a music teacher and musician, I always receive or find inspiration.
This, I add to all those wonderful works across many styles, periods and genres.
'Cantique de Jean racine'
'Kreutzer sonata string quartet'
'Chopin piano nocturne no.1'
'Appalacian Spring'.
Thank you for this amazing performance

10/10 performance for so many reasons but especially for the vibraphone pedal not being squeaky lol

Contrary to a lot of people in this comment section, this video actually REFERRED me to Puparia, rather than the other way around.
Needless to say, I was very impressed.
Puparia aside, this is definitely one of the best performances of this amazing piece.
Really well done, Sandbox.

If they send out another Voyager spacecraft, this should definitely be on the Golden Record, ideally with full video.

One of my favorite Reich pieces! It's so good that we should go into the streets and spread the word. Everyone should listen to it!
