Phillip Schofield's lawyer: 'There has been bad stuff in media about Phillip which isn't true'

Phillip Schofield, 61, resigned from ITV last month over the affair and has since insisted he "did not" groom the man, who also worked on the show, and whom the presenter said was 20 years old when their relationship began.

His lawyer, Jonathan Coad, said that his role was to "get the truth out on Phillip's behalf", as there had been "an awful lot of stuff" in the media about him that isn't true.
