Since the Nano-Texture Display is a bit more fragile than a regular glass screen, we thought I’d be good to test if there was a screen protector that would work well with the Nano-Texture. After making this video, we can confidently say NO. There is no existing screen protector that works with Nano-Texture and if you get that screen you CANNOT get a screen protector for it. Hopefully you see the results of this video as well and understand why we feel that strongly about it.

Would be interested in your testing a matte tempered glass screen protector (such as from Mothca) on your 13” M4 iPad Pro to see if that is close to mimicking the nano glass.

Nana’s texture seems more Impressive than i thought, still no regrets getting base 13” pro model.
I guess anyone who pays 2k+ $ for nano texture should just get apple care+ & not get the screen protector at all.
(Person buying Nano texture can probably afford replacement every 4 months costing $99 to $299, if need be)

I recently found out there's matte glass protector now. I'm curious how they do on the nano iPad compared to the paper feel matte abilities.

I'm very clumsy, that screen is a bad idea based on that, for me. I have to have a screen protector 😅 hence I looked into matter glass screen protectors. I have tempered glass on my iPad. I feel safer with the extra layer. But want matte options.

I do wonder if a two layer approach would work, ie tempered glass screen protector with a matter film over it. But I worry it will affect Apple pencil usages maybe more delay or skipped lines etc.

Please test iPad use with docks, hubs, , mice, keyboards, portable monitors (touch and non-touch);
— Stage Manager use with external monitor (straight to versus through a dock), etc.
— Handoff between iPads while one is attached to an external monitor.
—, use of "Display to iPad" or "Display to monitor" while on Stage Manager.
—Advantages and disadvantages of Stage Manager if possible with monitor through a dock thunderbolt, hdmi, or display link.
— Shared wired mouse/keyboards versus wireless with or without a dock.

Did adding these screen protectors onto your nano texture glass affect the glass in any way? These are designed to stick to the screen. So I’m curious if the nano texture was ruined using and removing the screen protectors
