Yeah, that was definitely one of the best parts.
I was at the midnight premiere of 'Deathly Hallows: Part 2, ' and the audience's reactions showed a lot; While we of course were glad seeing Harry overcoming evil, it was seeing Neville Longbottom becoming the hero we all knew he could be that had the entire theater (Myself included) cheering in the aisles!
