It says No content available when I do it I’m trying to watch food network how do I fix this ?

Been using this for about 9 months now but only because my roof antannae blew off in a hurricane. This is just Freeview channels and very old movies. I did ask them what did the paid subscription give you and they said no adverts and recording ability.

Ive just done this and downloaded, but there is no ITV channels, but all the others are there, which unfortunily makes this app no good for us? Am I missing something...?
