“I have worked” doesn’t means that she is still working there.
If she is still working then sentence would be “I have been working in Mumbai for last 2 years.

But when effect of past work is still there than you can use present perfect tense.
e.g. work experience. That’s why you can say I have worked in Mumbai for 2 years. That means you are not working in Mumbai right now but you have experience of working there.

We can say- "I have been working in Mumbai for the last few years/since x".

No..for the second one you have to say I have been working in Mumbai for the last 2 years..
I have worked means..you finished working

I've lost my wallet . Action ( loosing the wallet ) has been performed but the result ( the speaker's repentance) is still there.

Technically, i have lost, because “ oh no!" has been used..means he/she is yet to find that out

In second sentence you are saying ' I have worked in Mumbai for two years ' that means 'maine Mumbai me 2 saal kam kia hua h or still kar bhi Rahi hu' but I think if still I am doing work, it should be 'i have been working in Mumbai for two years.
