As you probably gathered from the video, the Teton Zoom rod is versatile! You can fish it at either 10.5 ft. or 12 ft. making it an excellent quiver killer of a rod. For example, if you are fishing a small creek with a lot of overhanging trees then just go ahead and fish it at 10.5 ft. But then you arrive at a high mountain lake, or get to a section of open water, extend your rod out to 12 ft. and get more distance on your cast. If we had to pick one rod only this would be the one.

I own the Teton Zoom and it’s been great! I love being able to choose the two different lengths. I even got a Sierra for my wife and a White Cloud for my son. We’ve all been having a lot of fun this summer learning to fish Tenkara.

I’ve been thinking about getting one, from what I understand, it can candle big fish great at 10 feet length right?
