I love the secret! Ever since I watched this movie it totally has become my life motto! I also drink a lot of camomille tea it's so relaxing. If I drink green tea I won't sleep at night because of the caffeine in there lol. I'm also taking Bach Flowers in drops, they help you stay calm in periods of stress and they are so effective I've recommended them to my family and friends and they all love it, you should totally try them it's amazing what a few natural flowers can do to your serenity :)
