i set it up but i am still confused on how you can adjust the height of a single monitor. one of them is sagging and i want to adjust the height

The bolt in the swivel arm does not work. When I tighten it no matter what I do the arm doesn't stay on the pole.

Please help me, my monitors keeping tilting downwards to my desk, i tightened them as hard as possible and it still won’t work. Are my monitors too heavy?

This was a nice video but I’m curious can this fit two 27 inch monitors? I have a Alienware monitor and a LG ultra gear monitor

One monitor has a mount on the bottom of the monitor and the other one has one on the middle. So they’re uneven and i wanted to ask if there was a way i could make them even. Like one is way higher than the other

I'm worried about installing this :( I tightened the screw when attaching the arms but it feels like it's sliding off still

The screws won’t even fit the holes in step 2
