With Stellarium 19.3. The program has change just enough to make it a joy to use. I will show all of my settings and how I use the program to find targets. Even when I have a mount connected to the program. It flies!!

To see my settings if you think the screens are moving to quickly. Just pause the video at the screen you need to see. If you want the program to start with the view is a certain view. Move to that spot and then go to the Configuration window, make sure the Main tab is selected. Then click on save View. Then the next time the program starts. It will open to the view you saved. Thanks for watching...

Saving the changes (8:44 mark) is exactly why I tuned in. Then learning things like "WUT -- What's Up Tonight" were great bonus lessons. Thanks!

Thanks Jeff. Very good professional presentation. Video and audio great. I have been a visual "search and find" kind of guy for 25 years. But decided it was time to go astrophotography. Jack recommended the DS432cTEC so I bought that one. Now I have to get busy with my construction of an equatorial Platform for my Dobsonian. AZRanger7

A change since then: I had been using v. 21.2, and today downloaded v. 1.1 dated 8 days ago on 31 Oct 22 [starting over with the numbering?], and under Oculars/Sensors in both, the Pixel Sizes data has been eliminated, a bummer.

Awesome video Jeff. Thx for sharing. Another thing to do. I will have to download this version. Are you using Stellarium scope to control mount? Thx.

aka Dan P - I had no idea all that was in Stellarium. Thanks a bunch. Now can you arrange some non-overcast skies and dew points that don't have water dripping of my scope by 2 hours after sunset in the Dallas area?
