His idea of “funding the police” is similar to the recent doubling of IRS agents. Instead of hiring new officers & using the established tried & true methods of training them, he will staff them with government trained agents and turn police forces into gestapo type agencies. Once you sacrifice your freedom for safety, or a “sense of security” as he puts it, you will eventually have neither freedom or safety.
