I dropped the s22 ultra 10 feet deep at the bottom of a muddie lake at night. I thought it was forsure dead so I searched for it a little and the next day over 20 hours later my friend finds it at 12 percent, it was on 45 percent when I dropped it in. I am writing this on it right now and I am blown away. No damage no flooded camera no bad speakers, it still works fine, props to Samsung for make such a durable phone.

Even though i know my phone is water proof I'm still scared to do it. So I buy a waterproof case and I'm still afraid 😅

Make sure you tell people NOT to put it in salt water cuz the salt will destroy the components

I bought my S22 Ultra a few months ago. I already love so much on this phone. I went to the Lake with my GF and she said we needed to buy waterproof bags to use our phones in the water (she has an iPhone).. I had no idea this phone was waterproof. I can't wait until next trip to the lake.. I will blow her mind..

I love my S22 Ultra, but I'm way too scared to test it with water, it's just way to expensive to have to go through that type of stress, yet I do get curious on how it would operate submerged under water or after, guess I'll just never know 🤷🏽‍♂️

My s21 ultra was a survivor. I used in the swimming pool, my kid dropped it into the river washed it wit soap and throw it to the floor etc. All what I can say BRILLIANT! let's see if worth the upgrade.

Was camping last night after a float trip and accidentally stepped into the pool deep end with one foot fell in and my S22 U fell out of my shorts the pool was freezing and just cloudy enough I couldn't see it on the bottom took me about 20 minutes to find the phone (had to keep taking breaks cuz of the cold water ) but when I pulled it out it worked fine lol

I used my note 10+ under water several times and after two years with it is still fine battery and everything else still works fine

I rather put inside the water using water resistant casing when take some photo or video recording just to play safe. Is ok when splash water etc
