To use the T-Display S3 I had to use this tutorial, as it requires some new drivers that make it incompatible with older ESP32 stuff:

If you use Windows 7, Windows will attempt to install a broken USB driver you can't use. You need THIS driver in order to use the S3 on Windows 7:
