On Monday evening, 27 January 2025, Royal AM will battle Milford FC in a KwaZulu-Natal derby at Harry Gwala Stadium, while Sekhukhune United and Cape Town City will renew their rivalry at Old Peter Mokaba Stadium. Both matches are set to kick off at 19h00.

The action continues on Tuesday, as AmaZulu FC welcomes Mighty Eagles to King Zwelithini Stadium. Additionally, two matches will take place elsewhere in the country: Stellenbosch FC will entertain Kruger United FC at Danie Craven Stadium, and Magesi FC will host SuperSport United at Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.

The final fixture of the Round of 32 will see TS Galaxy FC go head-to-head with CR Vasco Da Gama at Mbombela Stadium on Wednesday evening.
