A quick look at a 1971 Ford M151A2 MUTT

In this video I briefly showcase a 1971 Ford M151A2 1/4 ton MUTT (Military Utility Tactical Truck). The M151 was produced from 1960 through 1982 and served in the Vietnam War and Grenada. Some M151A2 Jeeps were still in US Military service in 1999. The M151 series has achieved a longer run of service than that of the WW2 MB/GPW, M38 and M38A1 series combined. Production of the M151 was restarted in 1988 for export customers and today the M151 remains in service in over 60 countries around the world!
