Interestingly there was a book called Stenographia written back in the old days about using spirits to carry messages. It was written with a bunch of cryptographic ciphers, and the first person to decode it was a dude from ATT Bell Labs interested in cryptography. The idea of using spirits to carry information is strikingly similar to using current information communication technology where we send encrypted information over the air. The book got the dude banned from the church and he said if the technology fell into the wrong hands it could be catastrophic for society. However when the Bell Labs dude deciphered the text it apparently was a bunch of nonsense kind of like Lorem Ipsum type stuff. Makes you rhink though ...

That St. Tikhon's Monastery Orthodox prayer book is my usual morning and evening prayer book at home. Great quality, beautiful design, smooth translation and easy to use format. There are prayers in there for spiritual struggle. I highly recommend it. Orthodox exorcism prayers are done by priests and since they are so powerful they can cause damage from retaliation to the priest and his family. It ls nothing to be taken lightly. That other book isn't Orthodox so I wouldn't recommend it.
