With the red tour, they gave a bag to the VIPs filled with things like these. I'm going to her Sydney show and haven't heard of receiving it via mail? I think with Australian shows you get the package upon early entry for VIPs

I was a bit annoyed i didn't get a COA with my taylor swift images, frontier website said the pack comes with a COA. all in all, I was too close in Brisbane; didn't get the sound before it was properly mixed. her voice sounded "bad" until I played back my videos, and it was perfect:)

Were your pit tickets different than non-VIP Pit tickets? I got the VIP package too but don't know if my tickets will be anything different.
