Thank you so much for putting up these videos.
I'm 75 and have had multiple back injuries from parachute landings.
My spine was stabilized with Harrington rods in 1994.
My current problem is my lower back which is painful ALL THE TIME
especially when I get up in the morning.
I am very overweight and do no exercise due to the pain,
but I know I should.
I've been to many chiropractors over the years and have always
gotten some temporary relief.
I know most of the problem now is my own laziness due to the pain,
but watching your videos instead of having to go to a chiropractor or
therapy will help me immensely.

I've been having upper back aching from dirt bike riding.. was told its most likely do to poor posture from slouching.. I'm taking a pole i have out to the desert everytime before I ride now and doing this.. thanks a ton

The broom stick behind the back
held with my elbows helped alot.
This one did the most and gave me the best upper back pain relief. My pain is under my right
shouder blade. I am 79 yrs old.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I need to see a chiropractor but can't until my next payday. Just even the first stretch (in the doorway) felt amazing and helped my upper back pain. I'm going to try the other stretches as well
