Tim Walz is not a moderate. When asked how his policy was affecting the rural communities of Minnesota, he dismissed a large chunk of the state saying "It's nothing but rocks and cows up there"
He endorsed COVID hotlines to rat on your neighbors to the authorities if they weren't practicing "proper social distancing."
