Jordan won 3 championships, went to play baseball for a couple of years, came back and won 3 more, finals MVP in all of them. That's the only stat you need.

This is some of Stephen A.’s best work. Short and sweet; straight to the point. 👍🏽

I was 15 when Jordan won his first title, 22 when he won his last. Growing up outside of Chicago I had the opportunity to see him play many times at the old and new United Center… Throw away all the stats, all championships… That dude was a Unicorn.. A rare talent with unbelievable physical gifts, unshakable will, in an era when u had to be a Warrior ….forged an historical athlete that may never come again… I hope it does, but most likely I won’t see it… Times are different, and in these different times it shapes different people, different athletes… And with all due respect to LeBron …who deserves to be Celebrated, no doubt!… There is an Ocean of difference between MJ and LeBron! …I would say one man’s opinion…but that’s a fact Jack!🤷‍♂️

I`m from Eastern Europe .... when i was 10 my father bought me a cap with Chicago Bulls and a pair of Jordans ... I learned about Michael Jordan and Chicago Bulls before i knew what basketball was ... actually i start watching basketball because i wanted to see Mike ... not because of the game ... this is how BIG Jordan was .... everybody need to understand that James is your superstar ... but Jordan was the superstar of the whole world . Jordan was bigger then the game ... he made the game ... James is now what the game made of him ... facts :))

I'm about the same age as Stephen A. We say MJ is better because we have seen both players played in real time, not because who's a fan of who. MJ completely dominated the NBA in the modern era unlike any other....mentally sharper...a natural born killer...a CLUTCH finisher...always relentless & better in both offense AND defense.

I think that this is one Michael jordan's best accomplishments that no one talks about he went 8 years Without losing 3 games in a row 687 games, That's what separates him from everybody else.🐐🐐🐐23

Thank you, finally! You are saying something I can fully stand behind, no ifs, ands or buts. MJ is and will forever be the GOAT of basketball. Everyone else is fighting for 2nd.

I had the joy of watching every single bulls game growing up - w the exception of when I was at football practice. I was 10 years old growing up in Chicago when he won his first title. I remember the pistons walking off the court. I met the goat himself at chicago stadium the year was 1991! He even took a picture w me. I’m truly blessed.

Mj accomplished more in his 11 full seasons with the bulls compared to lebron's career up to date. To me its not a debate.

It was never a debate, the media ran that narrative until people believed it. MJ changed the game, and did more in less time than Lebron. 🤷🏻‍♂️

And I wish to add, that MJ never lost 3 in a row from 1990-1998

Accolades says it all:

*Jordan 6 Titles
*Lebron 4 Titles

*Jordan 6 Finals MVP
*Lebron 4 Finals MVP

*Jordan 1 defensive player of the year
*Lebron 0 defensive player of the year

*Jordan 9 times All-defense teams
*Lebron 5 times All-defense teams

*Jordan 10 scoring titles
*Lebron 1 scoring title

*Jordan's career PPG: 30.1
*Lebron's career PPG: 27.1

*Jordan 9 career Buzzer beaters
*Lebron 8 career Buzzer beaters

One huge point to make that settles this goat debate: it only took Jordan 13 seasons with the Bulls to earn all these accolades!! Lebron is going into his 21st season! If you compare Lebron's first 13 seasons to Michaels.. the accolades gap is SIGNIFICANTLY bigger!

Can we just agree that MJ is in a category of his own and stop comparing anyone ever again to him?

It’s how MJ won those titles is what dose it for me. Those two 3 peats is just undeniable with a 72-10 record. That’s GOAT shit.

MJ is and will ALWAYS be the greatest of all time. For those of us who saw him play we know what we’re talking about.

Why it was ever a debate is beyond me.

2 Finals, 2 FMVPs, 1 MVP, 1 DPOY, and 9 scoring titles is the difference between MJ and Lebron, and that difference alone if that was a separate player’s resume, that player would make the HOF on a 1st ballot.

That’s staggering.
