Hey, I rolled my CJ-5 on Argentine Pass in 1974!! We rolled it back over by hand and drove it home to Denver.

I'm absolutely loving these trail ride videos, seeing places I'd love to visit and drive on someday yet still getting insight into the dynamics of the vehicles you're using. I didn't like the white on the F-150 Tremor at first but it's growing on me the more I watch it. I'm glad Ford loaned it to you.

I think out of ALL the things your channel covers... I like this type of video the best... Just Roman and Tommy, and pooch, getting 'er done !

Love all of these videos. As a Midwesterner that visits Summit County every summer, we are always looking for new adventures. Keep them coming. Also... You need to create and add a "Butt Clinch" rating for each trail. 1 - 5. 1 is no clinch. 2 is a left cheek clinch. 3 is a right cheek clinch. 4 is both cheeks clinched. 5 is a diamond clinch.

I was hanging out in Georgetown on the weekend looking for a group to tail, and a group of 10+ jeeps came through town, so I followed them and did Argentine. AWESOME trail. Spectacular views from the top of Grays and Torreys. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

Did this trail yesterday in a bone stock Gladiator Mojave @30psi, no lockers needed. This is one of my favorite trails in the area. Only issue I had was the ledge at 16:00 in this video. I was used to facerolling the right line in my JK so I tried that at first but the left line is wide enough for a full width truck though and much safer (as shown in video)! I often see some mountain goats at the top.

Best advice I have for anyone climbing this for the first time is before that final climb, check to see if there's anyone coming down because passing people on that part is rough (the "plateau" road part). So just look ahead and have patience if you see people coming down just wait, Same thing at the top, I find it best to wait for people to get up before heading down.

I went up there the other day in my stock LX570. I got to the obstacle at 15-18 minutes in your video, and decided that I wasn't willing to rip the side steps off my car... So, I backed down to the water crossing below, and went back to Waldorf where the McClellan Peak trail starts. The road to McClellan Peak is easy, although it is a shelf road with tight switchbacks on which we needed to use the runoffs to change direction. Awesome views at the top.

Ok Blaze is awesome. He's ready to try driving apparently. Always enjoy his appearances.

Ran this last year in my 01 TJ without lockers. That rock feature on the way back down had me thinking I was gonna tip over but the ole girl got it done.

Rode Argentine Pass last week on my Tenere 700, going uphill was a blast, going downhill was another story (dropped it twice)... amazing ride on a bike!

Argentine was one of the first trails I hit when I started off-roading my (then stock) Nissan Frontier. Being a noob and soloing with my kids, I stopped at that outcropping you guys hit at 15min. Some experience (and a 2" lift with 33s) later, I went back and completed the trail with no issues.
