had mine out of the box for about an hour and i love it.

spent 4 days thinking there was an issue ; finally found I needed to plug into USB 3.0 C for higher resolutions. USB 2.0 will allow only up to 1080p . Normal 3.0 won't produce a stable image. Also my other program don't allow a 4K image only Windows Camera... Still figuring this stuff out...

can you use it on other PC on every windows 10 pc ?
