the fact that you didn't mention the cold mask for eyes surprised me.

Fellow incels. I went from 3 to 8 by fighting. I got a group of 5 people and we would fight without gloves 4 days a week. We still fight. We fight until the person says stop. I also included intermittent fasting, 1 mile sprints, carnivore diet, and weightlifting. I also sleep 10 hours.
