this has to be some kinda dotish advice! I would take the $2M., pay a 10-20 % downpayment on a multifamily bldg and have the rental income pay for it plus create a disposable/profit. Buy a laundry mat business outright, have it fully automated and furnished with vending machines and an ATM.
start a car rental company by buying about 10 used cars. buy a franchise restaurant hopefully one I can double with a gas station and quick shop. All the profits can go into real estate and expansion projects after that. You should still be able to stash a 200k into an investment company that can give you at least 10% annual returns and leave this to compound for some year.

I invested less than 5k last bull market and made 300k 🧐 im taking the 10, 000 a month no hesitation, the key isnt the amount of money it’s more so if you know what to do with it, besides that investing smaller amounts overtime is much more healthy if you’d like to consider yourself a logical investor we’re in it for the long hall not the big gains everyone chases just to get rekt lmao, judging our success on how well we follow our plan and how well we execute on trades
