QGIS - How to merge two raster (and generate contours)

In this video i'll show you how to merge two raster layers (here i'm using two digital elevation model) in one single entity.

And then i'll generate contour lines from DTM.

Everything is done with open source software QGIS.

Hi, I have 2 raster maps 1. SRTM map 2. DTM map(middle part)
Now I need to cut middle from srtm and need to merge with dtm map. Is it possible to do it in Q GIS software
